Project Intermediate Results
There are five main intermediate results for the Growth through Nutrition project that drive progress toward achieving the project aim of improving the nutritional status of women and young children in Ethiopia's four productive regions. These intermediate results include: Increased Access to Diverse, Safe and Quality Foods, Promoting Optimal Nutrition, WASH, and Agriculture Behaviors, Increasing Utilization of Quality Nutrition Services, Improving Access to WASH Products and Services, and Strengthening Multi-Sector Coordination and Capacity.
In addition to the Intermediate Results, there are an additional six Cross-Cutting Elements which influence the project design across all of the Intermediate Results activity areas, including the project learning agenda, monitoring and evaluation, gender equality and female empowerment, convergence and layering, crisis modifier, and sustainability.
Under the learning agenda, operational research studies were conducted across the project thematic areas to contribute to generating evidence around areas of project implementation.
